An ensemble which the dedicated festival audience will remember from previous years. Coming up with a programme extending to different epochs and composers, Ametist Clarinet Quintet will be joined by young soloists, namely the prodigious pianist Toros Can, another gifted pianist İriş Şentürker and violinist Hakan Şensoy. The accustomed colour and flavour of Ametist’s programme is a joyful journey between epochs, genres and themes, from Bach to Piazzolla, Albinoni to Desmond. A rare opportunity to hear well-known pieces arranged for and adapted to clarinet.
