Born in 1997 in Bursa, Aslı Su Kurtuluş started her flute studies with Burçak Gül Sualp at the Avni Akyol Fine Arts High School in 2010. She also attended masterclasses of Gülşen Tatu, Bülent Evcil, Ayla Uludere, Silvia Careddu, Maxence Larrieu, Florance Souchard-Delépine, Jocelyn Auburn, Michel Moragues, Caroline Debonne, Rogerio Zerlotti Wolf and Lydia Oshavkova. In 2015, she entered the Nice Conservatory where she studied with Sibel Pensel. She received the second prize at the 7th International Flute Competition in Nice, first prizes at the 8th International Flute Chamber Music Competition in 2017 in Cannes and International Flute Competition in Nice with the ensemble Les Flutes d’Azur. She currently continues her study at the Nice Conservatory with Sibel Pensel and is a member of the Nice Conservatory Youth Orchestra and Youth Philharmonic Orchestra.
