In the first part of the Festival Encounters series, which have become a classic of the festival, artists come together for the first time to share the joy of making music. The first of this challenging chamber music series welcome Nicola Benedetti, recipient of classical BRIT award in 2008, Alexei Grynyuk named as the “young Horowitz” with his breathtaking performances, and Leonard Elschenbroich, recipent of Leonard Bernstein Award in an exciting concert around the landmarks of the romantic chamber music repertoire.
