Recognised as a touchstone in European classical music tradition and history with a past spanning over 160 years, the Vienna Philharmonic will perform under the baton of the famous conductor Riccardo Muti in İstanbul for the very first time! As Strauss has also said, all praises fall short of defining Vienna Philharmonic which has performed the premiers of many works by Wagner, Mahler and Boulez. Under the direction of Muti, one of the greatest conductors of our time, classical music’s most famous orchestra will present an unforgettable performance of symphonies of composers associated with Vienna like Mozart and Schubert in addition to Tchaikovksy’s masterpiece “Pathetique”.
