Renowned as the three brightest pianists of their generation, Alexander Melnikov, Muhiddin Dürrüoğlu and Özgür Aydın will be sharing the stage for the first time for performing solo, duo and trio concertos which are landmarks in music history; Bach, Mozart and Beethoven. Melnikov, a regular guest of the world’s greatest orchestras with conductors like Gergiev, Temirkanov and Dutoit; Dürrüoğlu, a recipient of international awards with his compositions as well as his brilliant piano performances; and Özgür Aydın, the winner of numerous competitions including the Maria Callas Grand Prix and ARD Munich International Piano Competition, will be accompanied by the Milli Reasürans Chamber Orchestra under Hakan Şensoy’s baton. This “feast of virtuosos” set in the magnificent atmosphere of festival’s new venue Süreyya Opera House promises a very special concert experience with is program and artists.
