Elif Spor began her piano studies in 2010. In 2013, she was admitted to the State Conservatory of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University as a part-time student, and in 2014 she progressed to full-time study.
She has been awarded third prize at the 11th International Pera Piano Competition, third prize at the International Milano Piano Talents Competition in Italy, and an honourable mention at the 1st International ‘Rhapsody’ Piano Competition.
Throughout her studies, she has participated in masterclasses with distinguished musicians, including Tamara Poddubnaya, Professor Catherine Vickers, Professor John Rink, Professor Alfredo Perl, Professor Gereon Kleiner, Gökhan Aybulus, Professor Markus Becker, Professor Paweł Kawiński, Professor Florian Wiek and Professor Juanna Lavrinovic. She also studied in Poland with Professor Andrzej Jasiński and Valentina Igoshina.
Between 2018 and 2019, she took part in the ‘Wasserburg Klaviersommer’ programme in Germany, where she worked with Professor Thomas Böckheler, Klaus Kaufmann, Professor Emmanuel Mercier, Lei Meng and Galina Vracheva, and gave several performances. In 2025, she participated in masterclasses at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK) with Professor Victor Rosenbaum and Professor Marcus Schirmer. In 2019, she was selected for İş Sanat’s ‘Parlayan Yıldızlar’ series and gave a recital at the Milli Reasürans Concert Hall.
After studying with Professor Ayça Aytuğ at the State Conservatory of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, she successfully passed the entrance examinations for the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK) in June 2023. Elif Spor currently studies in Frankfurt in the class of Mariya Kim.
