Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra is the resident orchestra of the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts.

30 year old violinist Hilary Hahn is a two time Grammy Award winner celebrated for her probing interpretations, technical brillance and a spell binding stage presence. She will play Mozart violin concerto with the resident orchestra of the festival, BİPO under the baton of Sascha Goetzel.
